The foot pockets here are now all modified (Sporasubs and Beuchat). So far so good. Since sinuses limited me to 20 meters on Sunday, the tests are pool use and heavy kicking only. Caution: my heaviest kick may be puny by other standards.
The top rear of the foot pockets now have slits, grommets and shoe laces. Five cm slits were more than adequate (I tried 5 and 7 with single, double and triple grommets) and I used a round hole at the end of the slit to hopefully prevent tears. Also using lube and very careful when putting them on.
The improvement in comfort and circulation is very noticeable but, the fin does move around a little. I've designed a foot palm (keeper) to prevent this. Will let you know.

Aloha
Bill
