After seeing Peter Pedersen's incredible swim I'm looking for the right tempo and technique. I know it's absolutely individual and depends on many things, but...

I would like to know how you're doing

50m - best time, time while dynamic swim, PB in Dynamic,
No. of undulations, technique(position of arms), type of mono

- My best time is 0,24sec with WW M1 LD, 27 undulations, classic finswimming technique,

- During my dynamic PB (110m) I did 50m in 0,38sec with 14 undulations, kick & glide - arms above my head, WW M1 LD,

Thanks for replying.
