Does anybody know a site where it is possible to find these strange monofins with huge footpockets. Most of the time, these fins are made to measure and the main characteristic is the heavy profiled footpocket maintaining the feet and the blade (classical water-way fiberglass) at a very special angle (sorry but I cannot find any photos but maybe some people will understand of what I am speaking about). These fins are now beating all the speed records due to the power generated by the above angle. H. Nitsch and S. A. Severinson have one.

Hello Johan,

I think, I know what you mean.
Did you see these in Eindhoven?
I think Jens from Wiesbaden has one of these monofins as well.
I've been browsing thru my pics from Eindhoven, but I don't have any of Jens UW there, only from Wiesbaden.

You should have asked Kerstin last sunday in Seraing.
Do you have Jens's E-mail adres?
Else I'll ask Kerstin and post it here, no problem.

J,

Sebak has a couple of fins that use the Omer footpocket, very comfy and come in all sizes. They are on a fin that looks and performs very similar to the Skate fin, but way less expensive. Skate $600+, Sebak $250+-. www.sebakfins.com lots of good pics.

Very nice guys and easy to communicate with. Ask for Juri, he's the man!
