Today I went for some diving....
After usual warming up I started to go deeper...
Equalizing problems stuck me at 24m.
I was feeling good and relaxed with plenty or air left it was only my mouth that needed the air...
I tried mouthfill but couldn't keep the air in my mouth...tried again and again but nothing...
And then I tried using my thongue and it worked!!! I don't know really how you guys do the mouthfill, perhapes it's the same way but what I do is very easy and this way I have no problems with keeping the air in my mouth.
I'm not so sure how to describe the tecnique...it's like you pust the teeth with you toungh and mouth gets filed with air...
sorry can't do better:) but you experts probably know what I'm talking about... is your technique similiar to this?
