Just a quick question for anyone on here that's might have any experience with this.

What is the theoretical maximum depth achievable from a mouthfill taken from the surface? Today I did 34.5m on a single mouthfill taken before my duck dive (lung volume: FRC-0.5l). Andrea Zuccari has a video claiming 58m head-up FRC mouthfill from the surface but if you watch carefully he tops up twice, around 5-7m then 10-15m, so I'll be the one to call bullshit.

So has anyone ever recorded a +5bar (0m to +40m) mouthfill? is it possible to have a mouth to sinus volume ratio that would allow for the air to last that long? If its actually possible for the mouthfill to last that long can you improve your capabilities though training (cheek stretches lol, or a method of improving air storage in the throat above the glotis?).
