Hello SEDATE,
  • Last O2 table i did i got up to 4:00 (dry) but i have never tried a max attempt
  • I don't cycle
  • Swimming I do not swim very fast (100m in about 1:40) but rather try to achieve better times during my hypoxic workouts and sprints. You can look through my past workouts to see some times.
  • Running I used to be able to do 5k in under 20:00 every day. Now I do mostly slower trail runs focusing on controlled breathing (fewer and fewer breaths is the goal). I think earlier this year I did 5 miles in about 41 minutes on cement (not trail).
  • For diving I have not tried max but I spearfish between 15m-20m and have gone past 20m several times.

Harder version of last week's table, but also had a lot of tightness in my abdomen so the hold times were lower.
