My eustacean tubes are blocked..what do i do????

For the last week or so i havent been able to equalise coz i've got congested eustacean tubes. The doc said they should get better in a week or so but the diving is good now. Does anyone have any tips?

I'd say listen to the Doc. When Eustachian tubes are inflamed it's best to give them time to rest and the inflammation to go down, otherwise you're flogging a dead horse. If it persists for more than a week or 2 you might need to go on a course of antibiotics, but it's best not to take them unless you absolutely have to. I've heard an olive oil treatment works really well but I don't know the specifics of this.
