I plan on doing at least one update a week with stories about training, events, intresting experiences, etc.

Thanks for al your vistits, it makes making a website very rewarding! Especialy when you leave a message here,in my mailbox or in my guestbook.

I'll have a special update tonight, with a video of my 100 meter dynamic without fins. My own comment on this film is in the previous update.

New Story Added To My Site

I've just uploaded my new story to my site.
It's about my latest competition in Belgium, containing also 8 pictures. I was there also whitness of the dual between Yamina and Renates over the WR dynamic without fins.
