My training log......

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.

The first month traing will be cycling (October ,2016)
The 2rd month traing will be running (November ,2016)
The 3th month traing will be swimming (December 2016)
............
Training day 1: just started ( 08 oct, 2016 )
Training type :Just cycling ( planned 2 hrs cycling at 12-14 pm )
Today 2 hours cycling done ( 60min , 5 min rest, 60min , rest/end )
PASSED!!!
First day notes: have some pain on my knee pans and a little bit burning on my shanks
Recovery: 1 kg red pomegranate following has eaten for antioxidant
Next traing programme: Just cycling again but will be 3 hours ( 5 min rest /each hrs)
1 day after on Monday ....PLANNED!!!
No breath hold attampt will be for first 3 months , only cycling, running, swimming
I created a map in my brain and I ll use it as a pattern :)
Ps: I ll try to note my log here as much as I can hope can help some one..

Training day 2: ( 18 oct, 2016 )
10 days later...
Training type: Just cycling ( planned 2 hrs cycling at 12-14 pm )
Today 1 hours cycling done due to cold weather at temp 0 C (12-13 pm)
FAILED!!!
 
Training day 3: ( 23 oct, 2016 )
5 days later...
Training type: Just cycling ( planned 4 hrs cycling at 12-16 pm )
PASSED!!!

Training day 4: (31 oct, 2016 )
8 days later...
Training type: Just cycling ( planned 2 hrs cycling at 12-14 pm )
PASSED!!!
Note: 1 hours cycling approx 10km (Low tempo cycling)
october training finished!!!

Good to see other people sharing their training logs. I wish more members of the forum would do this. Keep us updated!!!

I hope i can start running soon (2nd month training)
