I had to do the same thing when I joined the Steelworks. But my doctor took one look at the list of things, laughed, and asked me:
"Can you see me?", "yes"
"Can you hear me?", "yes"
"Are you ok, down there?", "yes"
"Ever have problems going potty?" "no"
"Ok then, we are done!"
My kinda medical...
