Need a new kit bag

I've been looking at one of these as a new kit bag?

Apart from not holding long fins, having a bag with removable changing mat that then doubles as a stuff sack for your suit seems quite appealing?
My current set up involves, bin liners, ruck sac, old car mat, big cardboard box of 'bits'....

Any thoughts?
