do you know some good diving places in Croatia?
will it do a great difference in my time ,static or dynamic if i stop smoking ?
Does alcohol affect on results?
I know the physiology well, infact i'm a molecular biology student but i'm not familiar with the actual results of quitting cigarettes or avoiding alcohol in order to improve my results.

Thanx :)

Quitting smoking will definately improve your breath hold capability in any discipline as well as your overall fittness level, I quite a couple of years ago and did wonders for me. I have no idea if alcohol has a lasting affect cant imagine it does much harm in moderation (saying that we dont dive under the influence is stating the obvious I hope) I drink a fair bit (when I can) and my breath hold times are reasonable aparently.
