Hi People,

many of the you have propably seen the dive profiles on the FSA website of the 2002 SA champs. If not go to www.fsa.org.za and browse through them by following the results link.

What i would like to hear from the forum's experts is some feedback on some or all of the profiles.

What should the perfect dive's profile look like or what is the perfect dive/acent rate.

Thanks

Hennie

I suppose you knew this :)

Normally it is recommended 1m/s to go down as well as up (with the stereo fins). So it means sharp V-shape for the graphs.
Did you knew that you can see your speed straigh at www.suuntosports.com when you have published your graph there ;-)

best rgds,
