hello all, im off to mexico(puerto morelos) maya riviera for some traveling. I plan on bringing my spearguns on this trip in hopes to do some hunting. Ive seen local dive shops offering spearfishing charters, but is that with a pole spear or a gun? im having trouble finding the real answers and laws. Someone else had mentioned that you have to be mexican and hold a permit to fish there. I see plenty of people on this board with pictures from all around mexico and band guns next to them. I know along the marine parks its surely to be illegal, but outside the parks? Any info or experiences would be greatly appreciated. thanks
