what are the names of some techinques that freedivers use? need them so i can look them up in google.:D
Pranayama breathing, packing, reverse packing, static tables training, dynamic pool training, empty lung statics, apnea walking, hanging, Frenzel-Fattah free-hand equalisation, Valsalva equalisation, mouthfill technique, contractions, negative diving (exhale), lung stretching, kicking techniques, streamlined in descent, powerlung training, meditation (Yoga, Qigong, internal martial arts), pre-dive visualisation, VO2 max training.

Probably, I left some out. I hope this is enough for a good start.
...apnea walking, hanging, Frenzel-Fattah...
Hanging? what's that? "hanging out" down there?
Or hanging self as a macabre joke? :)

That list has defenitly more than enough for a beginner to mess with. More than a good start. :)
