Hello all!
I need to learn how to learn to free dive to the bottom of a 25-feet pool. Can anyone give me advice on holding my breath, equalizing, and proper swimming technique?

Maybe have a word with the local Scuba club if there is no freedivers around to get someone to teach you equalisation techniques so you don't hurt your ears.
