NEW FEATURE: Automatic Video Player

I have finally gotten round to doing some updates to the forums.

I have installed a new feature that will automatically parse any links to popular video sites (such as YouTube, Google Video, etc...) and create a player in the post so the video can be viewed without leaving the site.

Could someone explain how to add a youtube clip I've tried the embed code and that doesn't seem to work

As already written in the initial post, you just post the link, the rest goes automatically. No need for embedding it manually. You use the link to the Youtube page with the video, not the embedding code.

I've just upgraded the Automated Video Player feature to include over 150 different sites. This means that pretty much every type of major website that hosts video will be automatically converted to play inline with the thread and with no coding on your side - you just paste a normal link into the browser!

There seems to be a small problem with the automated player so i've removed the functionality so it can be resolved.

Right - corrected the problem - all videos will appear only once now
