New function; Report thread?

Instead of having to go inside a thread and then to the post/user to report spam, it would be useful to be able to report a thread from “outside” the tread, in the thread list. Especially now when there is so much spam-threads.

SubSub - whilst I agree that's not how the software works - we use a commercial off the shelf platform for the forums so are sometimes limited by what it can do.

More importantly, I'm trying to put new measures in place to stop the spam.
