Hey boys!
Its been a while since I have been online and its good to catch up on the threads. I just graduated and I have about 5,000 I received as gifts. I’m expecting to spend about 3 of it fixing by boat and getting everything back in order. But I have also decided it is time to get some new gear! Having been out of the loop for the better part of a year I would like to ask for a little assistance here.

I’m looking for a new gun, I’m 100% open to any style. I would like it to be a multi-purpose gun with enough power to take out some of the larger fish found in the Texas inland waters. My only requirement is that it has a good reel attachment. I have only used a reel once in my life but I fell in love with it, and would love to own my own in the near future.

I know we all debate over this question at some point and I am really just interested in your opinions to help me make my decision. Please feel free to give positive or negative feedback on any brand, style or specific gun! Everything is helpful.

How about a SA-style railgun, like Rob Allen/Mako/Rabitech? The Sporasub One, Omer Cayman/Cobra/American Master. Beuchat Marlin. Seatec Snake. C4. One of the American wooden guns perhaps - Riffe / Daryl Wong (perhaps the type of life-time investment warranted on such an occasion)? So many choices! ;)

Join the Dark Side!! Mares Spark 110 dry barrel or Omer Airbalete 110 dry barrel... Gotta love em both!!!
