New in the uk

I moved in to the uk this year and i want to start doing some spearfishing here and even participate in competion.
So im looking for some club or friends.
Im in gloucester.
And i have experience in spearfishing.

July 30-31st are the competition days but most guys come a few days early.
This is a specimen competition, the diver who catches the most different types of fish is the winner.
We like to think this a fun competition where we meet in the evening to have a drink & eat our catch however there are some very good spear fishermen who compete.

That sound lots of fun im used to compete in portugal and its always fun and its a good way to meet new spearos.
Im going to see if i can go.
