During the recording of a TV show some weeks ago, the italian Apnea Academy instructor Nicola Putignano did over 19 minutes static after O2 breathing. The performance was properly monitored and validated in order to achieve WR status (or should I say Guinness Book of Records status).
This news has been going on for sometime in the AA forum, both in Italian and in english.
I mention it here, on behalf of the AA forum moderator, because the show should be broadcast on the italian Canale 5 TV channel "Lo Show dei Record" today May 14 starting at 9:15pm, with Umberto Pelizzari as host. No doubt there will be some youtube posting later on, but perhaps some of you can already see it tonight.
