New Spearo in the water...

Hey all, I'm a new aspirant spearfishermen from South Africa. I've read quite a bit on the discussion forums and thanks for all the great info.

I'll be heading to Mozambique (Barra/Inhambane region) next week and I'm wondering how to go about obtaining a spearfishing licence?

Any help will be appreciated.
