Watch Martin Stepanek do 80m at the next competition with those cool fins, just like he did 70m with the short fins in Kona!

I couldnt believe my eye when I watched him pull that off with the short fins... *still rubbing eyes*

There was a similar product about thirty years ago. The foot pocket looked like a Sporasub without rails and two slots down the sides of the foot. The plastic blades plugged into the slots. Very comfortable, easy to overkick but they were almost as good as the first long fins (solid rubber) and fit in the suitcase when I was flying the Hawaii routes and you could still catch lobster off Waikiki Beach or the Hilo breakwater.

Big Island Lobster

Geez- I just got back from Kona. The lobsters couldnt fit under the rocks! I could see their feelers just swimming along on the surface. John S
