New to spearfishing in UK

Hello everyone,

My name is Nuno and I'm originally from Portugal. I used to do a lot of spearfishing back home, but since I've moved to UK I really haven't done any.

I live in Reading and normally I like to go either South, where I've heard the Weymouth, Portland and Poole is good, or like this weekend which I'll go to Swansea, South Wales.

Are there any spots you guys can recommend me in those areas? What should I be on the look out for, apart from the nice fish?
