Yes! There is a British Spearfishing Association club in Sussex. Some of the members are forum members. Take a look at the Spearfishing Beginners section. Especially the pinned "Dummies Guides" threads and articles. Also, look at the Buddies - UK region section of the forum.
There are forum sections for gear, techniques, recipes, etc. If you haveb questions, try searching for information - many questions have been asked before, often quite recently. If you can't find the information you need, then just create a new question thread in whichever section seems most appropriate - if in doubt, the beginner section a safe place to ask, and we can move it if necessary.
