hi. im new in this spearfishing/freediving.

and also my english not so good so sorry for any misspelled or incorrect grammar

i hope i can learn a lot from u guys...

im currently learning how to duckdive and equalizing with frentzel technique. i can equalize in the air easly but when my head upside down its so hard for me.
can u guys give me some exercise to do it?
