Welcome to Deeperblue! PFI has some good courses. A quick look at their website reveals that they'll be offering courses in the Philippines in October. PADI also has some locations in the Philippines and Thailand that teach freediving. So, you have some options.

I just did my SSI Level 1 at Big Blue Freediving on Koh Tao in Thailand. Rakel is an amazing instructor. Would most definitely go back there for more training.Hi all,
