I'm a newbie, thinking of diving coastal in the south island, east coast of New Zealand. Am stuck with the options of getting a RA caranx or sparid as my first gun roughly 100-120cm, I want this to be more of an investment as I heard that the scorpius doesn't tend to last as long. Any advice on what I should get? and and recommendation of the length of the gun as well?
Thanks
