Yeah there were a lot of things going against me, but this is no excuss for lack of training in cold water. I should have came to Nice to train a full 2 weeks prior to diving here, but the cash flow isn't there for me to do so.

I do want congratulate Theo for a dive well done. He is a very strong diver and I was very happy to watch him take the record. (not!) :) In all seriousness it was an honor to be a part of a historic dive. I know that he would have been giving me the OK on the way up if the rolls were reversed. I hope soon that they will be. So after Maribor it's back to Kona to train my ass off. ;-)

I would also like to thank the guys a CIPA for running a tight and professional ship in Nice. Cedric, Francios, Arnaud and the rest of the CIPA crew thanks for making our record attempts possible!
