Whats up guys, I have been dying to do some spearfishing up here in Nor Cal. The only prior UW huntin experience I have is when I did some spear fishing with a rubber band loaded spear that went around the wrist while in some village in Thailand. What are some of the rules and regs for up here in Nor Cal, the fish and game site didnt tell me much. Also whats the easiest (though it prolly wont be) way to go about makin your own gun?? could the spear design I used in thailand work for smaller fish? or should I look into makin one out of wood??
