North Devon 2016

We seem to get one or two new North Devon spearos on the forum each year, often looking to meet up with others in the area. To help focus such enquiries, I think it is time we tried having a proper annual thread, like other areas (e.g. South Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, North Wales, South Wales).
