Hey guys,

Long shot but I’m heading to East Africa between Pemba, Mozam and Zanzibar late October- late November. If anyone is or has been around those parts and want to join or share some insight into local guys with boats etc, let me know!!!

We are currently 2 divers possibly a 3rd joining

Thanks in advance
Sam

I have been there two years ago racing a boat from kilwa masoko to pemba.

You'd be better off going towards pemba. Zanzibar has a lot of tourist traffic.

I did not spear on the trip. If you have some questions let me know.

It is easy to get a boat about anywhere.

Ok mate thanks for the info, I’ll start in Pemba Mozam and if that runs dry I’ll head up to Zanzibar. I think Pemba island has good or better access to blue water day trips

Just be careful around local boats. A lot of them fish with dynamite. I would keep distance from any local fishermen you see while out on the water as a safety precaution.
