Well i wouldnt want to discourage you, but I would suggest scallops by touch would be the only option and you might do better with that game in the freezer at iceland. That said, Ian will probably get in wont you Ian?!

Going for a look at first light. At normal spot .But to not looking good even for blind feeling .2 changes of tide with flat seas might bring in some vis ? Wish full thinking .might see my hands if I'm lucky?seas warm airs F. F. Freezing .called in but you weren't around .low waters 11 ish if wind stays northerly .let you all know .if you don't go .....
hi mate, yeah was pretty focussed and got stuff done quickly but hope to be down again soon, maybe next week as want to catch up with dyl too.
Got in today to see what the vis would be like looked very calm on top of the water so I was thinking positive. I think it was about 20/30cm vis. I didn't last long in there.
Yes very dead ,sad it was a good size 3-4 foot long a bull Huss ?fantastic markings leopard like .no holes or damage to body tho .hope things calm down soon so we can get in before the water cools to much.
11-12 O c in the sea off north wales this morning on low water 40-50 knots wind ,very rough on shore .flat and a doable off shore .0-2' viz.Thats X mas starter sorted!
Found a nice little North facing sheltered spot and manage to get in could see my hand so it was do able bit hard going but well worth the time and pain ! Wind was screaming but only felt it when I got out found a dinner plate and dinner plate sized scallopes to go with it water so warm .blue sky s great day .
Na you don't fox fish! they are at it all the time ,9-4 weekdays all over north wales the Mon and Llyn out of Vally then over to Machynlleth up the loop all the way over to Llangollen where from crow castle you look down for them as they carve round the valleys fantastic .They allways get you when your least expecting it!
