11/12 oc 1-2m vis .5m waves from south west west two scallopes found two lobster found one returned to small .one to well holed up .after low on south llyn.did get 122 crabs on high with the little ones!.

Does that mean the scallops are in season? Did you sea any silver?

Think we have two weeks ! Silver ,all I could see was shitty brown ! It was just about ok ....for scalloping sure it must be better along the coast ,cool n rough this morn northly wind ,hand full found in deeper water to rough for my liking .11 oc little bit snotty viz 1-2 m

Felt cold 11 oc on vyper at 5pm till 7 pm over low at S1 .great dive but no silver fish .dogs, lots of pipe fish ,edible crabs ,spider crabs ,prawns welks ,scallopes .blennys , bait fish and a zoom of some thing chasing them ?.and poss flaty but it just vaporised ? Vis will be much better on high tide with clean water and fish coming in. Happy with my two massive 150mm baby's !.Oh strong northerly at moment !

Good debate but lets not fall out over the small stuff guys.
Dario, you are skilled enough to catch more than the rest of us combined, including night dives, and yeah who hasnt found a couple of scallops sneaking into their keep net on a tough day. lets live and let live. Everyone i have speared with in Wales ive found to be sensible, responsible (at least whilst in the water......) and is thankful for the privilege. If that changes up here, it would be a sad day. lets not be too judgemental, there are enough people like that in the world already.

Thanks for report Ian , few more weeks for me I think .But im sure someone will pick the first fish up of the year soon.
Ive just been doiung bits of cardio and tables and messing around getting my boat and stuff ready . Whilst looking at some spearfishing videos I came across this one which is very different to most of the offerings on you tube. There is a lot of super deep with carbon fins spearing 60lb grouper or big gamefish etc. But this video tells a story different to most videos about. Its slightly strange/amusing/inspiring! But really well shot also . I realy liked it and thought I would share
