Is there any where to spearfish in the north west of england

Yes, probably, but you'll likely need to pioneer the area. We see more reports from Scotland than from Northern England.

yeah thats a bit far away. At the moment i do weekend trips to north wales on south lleyn and im on that thread but i would just like somewhere i can do a day trip.

Im north west england but no idea where I would go. I tend to go wales but had on trip NE , beadnell bay way. If your up for an explore count me in. (lyn looks mint today but couldnt get in,full of snot!!)

the closest place for me would be blackpool but there is no chance of me going near the sea there (would be surprised if anything actually lived in that). I think Lyn will have to do for now.
