I have a mares nose clip it works OK dry but in sea it slowly slips when I equalize.

I have read somewhere about gluing sandpaper. What type of glue will succeed in sticking the sandpaper? Also, why not put glue on it and sprinkle beach sand over the glue? Or sugar? Then it melts and leaves gaps? What works?

Anyone has tried something to fix the slipping or got clue on what glue to use? Easy to find and not expensive would be best!

I know nothing about this nose clips, but sand is sharp, it might make your nose skin sore.

Buy fabric style bandaids, not the plastic. Cut only a small square of sticky part, apply a small square to each side of nose where clip will be, and voila!
It's an old synchronized swimming trick, but works in freediving too
Cheap, easy, painless.
I've also seen people put clear nail polish and put clip right over so it basically glues it on. I never had this method as it smells, it can be abrasive to skin, and looks like you're peeling when you eventually rip it off.
