Hi. Just bought a freediving nose clip and realized that im having difficulty in the ascent now. Huge pressure is built up inside, and i can't remove the clip because i have a severe allergy reaction inside my nose if any salt water gets in. Anybody got an idea what i should do? I've seen pro divers surface with the nose clip, so how are they doing that? Im just a biginner with a max depth of about 15-20m and hopefully I'll have my freediving course next year and move on to competitive diving. So any help is appreciated.

Learn to better control your soft pallet and Glotis. Both have to be open during Feb accent for sinus air to escape back into the lungs. If either are closed the air will get stuck in your head or go into your stomach causing lots of burps at the surface
