Hi everyone!

I've decided that it's been too long since I did any freedive training, and really want to get back into it! The trouble is, with the O2 and CO2 tables, I'm not sure what values I should be starting with! Does anyone have any advice on where to begin please? I go to the gym a lot and I've never smoked, so I have pretty good lung capacity :)

Thanks for any help :)

I guess no one can give you other advice than this - just try some, and if it will be too easy/hard for you, then step forward/backward until you will have a a reasonable hard time to accomplish the cycle. :) Good luck
