Who can help me learn how to freedive in the city? I would just like to talk to someone here in the city who teaches, or could help give me some direction. I wanted to start out with a good cardio workout, before I even start to do anything in the water. (I'm in terrible shape!) I mostly want to do this recreationally, but I'd still really like to have some direction. Does anybody know any instructors in the city?

angenaline welcome to DB

You can read and learn a lot about the sport right here. You can also post in the "Find a dive buddy" section and maybe you can find some one in your area.
