Hi every body ,this my first thread ,I'm new to freediving and I start to participate , My breath hold very small I can keep my breath for 45 to 50 secs
How can I find the best tables of Co2 and o2 to increase this ,I swim weekly more than 3 Km as exercise

Static Apnea Tables by Freediver.co.uk and Freedivers.net :: Graphics by Mozzi

I used this link I use the following data(120,50,120,10) and I success I want to know how to adjust my progress hence this program I'll enter data my self and I don't have any ideas about that ?
I Want to check if I understand accurately or no ,first For table C02,02 I have to do it alternatively daily one table either C02 or 02 for one time (Approx.20mins) ,second I should start by BH maximum I can take (55 secs),I used 2 mins rest then following the tables for Co2 ,this is the start and I'm ok I just feel blood in my face after I finish and little pain my head ,for progress How often I should increase the BH or decrease the rest time ? every consequence day or weekly ?the standard tables start by 1.30 min and it's not easy for me

If the max. BH for me is 70 secs so my table timing will be 35 secs Co2 , 56secs fo O2 Am I right ? repeated this tables alternative with restricted one table per day only 8 cycles ,after a month I checked again and adjust my table .

I started yesterday evening Co2 (BH55,R120,IN10) ,today morning O2(BH70,R60,De10) I just finish now I feel little pain in my brain (the table seem difficult but Because I'm A swimmer I think my body have some extra capability ) I will continue doing that in my office alone and weekly I increase/decrease by 5 secs Is that Ok ?

It is not very recommendable doing apnea tables while sitting. First of all it is not very comfortable, and you can't take a full breath. However that's not too bad, training does not need to be comfortable or done under the best conditions. But the second problem is that in case you manage to reach important hypoxia, you can easily lose motor control, or black out. And when falling from the chair, you can injure. I know plenty of freedivers who broke bones and/or teeth when training dry. Well, your time is currently not long enough to induce such risk, but you better get used to do it safely from the beginning anyway, and best train in your bed.
