Question Octopus fluid goggles

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 90 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
I would like to bump this thread. The price seems reasonable. Do they work with regular contact lenses? Any experience with them is much appreciated!

While I do not have experience, I had the same question for their fluid goggles and asked their support the following via mail (in March 2021): "Is it possible to use the fluid goggles with (soft) contact lenses? Or would advise against using contact lenses with your fluid goggles?"

They kindly responded with the following answer: "" It is not very recommended to wear contact lenses with fluid goggles, because your eyes and lenses are in direct contact with sea water or a saline solution. But it is also a question of the type of lenses (1 day lenses/ monthly lenses etc...) and of the personal comfort (to open the eyes in contact with sea water /saline solution. To be on the safe side, we suggest asking the professional where you purchase the lenses ! "

I personally didn't buy based on the response, but maybe it helps you, or you could get more professional advice in your area.
