Orca Breath Wetsuit cleaning

Hello,

how do you Guys clean your wetsuit?
Is there an antibacterial soap that wont harm The neopren? Or just rins it in normal water for 2-3 Hours?

At the end of day I hand wash it in cold water in bath tub and sometimes also add baby shampoo or liquid soap.
