This question is slightly off topic, I am posting it here because perhaps people who know about the Philippines can help me

I would like to buy and bring to the Philippines a speargun

I would like to know:

1) which is the best way to carry it with my luggage (I would prefer not to send it by ups even though it is a convenient method) both in terms of laws and regulations and in order to avoid damage to the gun
2) what are the regulations in the Philippines and if it is allowed to go fishing with the speargun
