Is it possible to over-train for freediving? I'm considering a regimen that looks something like:
SUN: CO2 table (to ~40% max BH)
MON: Apnea walks
TUES: CO2 table
WED: rest
THURS: CO2 table
FRI: Dive
SAT: rest
Is that an acceptable schedule - too much - or, for that matter - too little if I'm looking to push past my 4:17 BP and reach 5+ min....?
