I have been training for 4 months and a few weeks before I had a very bad experience.
I did 4 days in a row very hard apneatraining, a lots of yoga and running(with breath holding)
After these days I must have to lie in my bad for two days, because my breathing muscles were terrible tired.It was really frightenning,because I couldn't do any sports, my muscles was very weak and they got sore very soon.
I haven't train apnea for a week and I got better,but I will never forget this.
I have read in a yoga book a few pranajama exercise could kill you if do this badly or too much times.
