This board auto sent me an invite to introduce my self I have never seen that on any other board, that's cool.
In any case, hello from Rhode Island

RIbum, Hello and welcome to DB
lets hope that you have a pleasant stay.

Holy CARP! (pun intended) another Rhody! Hello there from Rhode Island too! I am new to the forums as well but I'm also new to the sport.
I was flycasting the south shore last weekend to no avail when two kids toting spearguns walk out of the surf hauling fish. I decided right then, if I can't get the fish to come to me, by god I will go in after them. I still enjoy flyfishing but I would like to add freediving and spearfishing to my arsenal as well.

(I did manage to bag some nice stripers on the fly wednesday though)

welcome, hope to see you around.
