BlueTribe at Constance Moofushi is a 5-Star IDC Centre located on the island of Constance Moofushi in Ari Atoll, Maldives.
We are currently looking for a passionate and professional PADI Instructor or Instructor couple to join our team, with a start in October 2026
The applicant/s must be able to teach in English, Italian. Additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
Moofushi is one of the premier dive destinations in the Maldives, renowned for its incredible shark channels, manta points, and excellent dive sites. Combined with outstanding logistics and training facilities, it is an ideal location for diver education at all levels and guided diving.
We are seeking team members with a genuine passion for teaching diving, Previous experience working in the Maldives is essential. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively within a busy team and 5 star hotel environment.
BlueTribe is an active PADI Education Centre offering training from beginner through to Instructor level, and is consistently one of the top-certifying PADI centres in the Maldives. For the right candidate, BlueTribe offers an excellent opportunity to further develop dive credentials and build a long-term professional career within the industry.
Documented diver training experience will needed for the application ( padi student count )
As Constance Moofushi is a 5-Star luxury resort, applicants should also demonstrate previous experience working within a similar high-standard hospitality environment. A positive work ethic, proactive attitude, flexibility during busy operational periods, and strong teamwork skills are all essential.
