Papagayo charters?

Hello

My family has made plans to go to Papagayo for march break and have been having trouble finding a charter and the spearfishing regulations can anybody link me? Anybody have a great time with charter down there?

Also my gun is a mak0 predator pro 2nd gen 70 cm, would that be big enough for some of the reef fish, im pretty sure its no good for pelagics and open water but feel free to prove me wrong!
