As you may know, a great freediving event :) organized in Massy, close to Paris...

As you can see the greatest have been invited...

To register : http://apneeattitude.xtremefish.com/inscription.php

A detailed description (in French) of this event : http://apneeattitude.xtremefish.com/book190305.pdf

This event will be dedicated at the same time to competitive freedivers (it is an official AIDA competition) and also to a larger public with a lot of other demonstrations (professional divers of the Parisian Fire Brigade and the Navy...)...

Sandra PIOVANACCI :girlie will attempt on this occasion to break the female world record in dynamic apnea with no fins.

An impressive list of participants :

http://apneeattitude.xtremefish.com/

"Un plateau de Champions Internationaux avec

Stéphane Mifsud -
Pierre Frolla -
Aniko Hrabovszky -
Renate de Bruijn -
Sandra Piovanacci -
Peter Pedersen -
Glenn Venghaus -
Brigitte Yannick Banegas -

As a Parisian freediver, I am very much impressed : !

This event will be very much dedicated to female DNF :girlie :

Renate (104 m)
Sandra (100m)
Aniko (93 m)

It will be fun !

If you still want to register it might not be too late...

Some practical hints for the comp :ko ...

First registration time for competitors has been brought forward by 2 hours : in the original programm it was 4:30 PM ; now it is 2 PM...

Some practical tips for those who will come directly from Paris or from Roissy Airport by public transportation : http://apneeattitude.xtremefish.com/book/book.php?&mots_search=&lang=&skin=&test=&ok_post=1

Take the line RER B (Express Regional Train) with following time schedules :

RER B
ROISSY AIRPORT 12H03 12H10 12H18 12H25 12H33
CHATELET (Center of Paris) 12H41 12H44 12H56 12H59
MASSY-PALAISEAU 13H04 13H17 13H19 13H32 13H34

BUS 319
MASSY PALAISEAU 13H12 13H37 14H02 14H26
PLACE DE FRANCE 13H27 13H52 14H17 14H41 the pool is there

Or you can take a bus in PORTE D'ORLEANS : Bus 197 up to the end station (MASSY OPERA THEATRE) ; the pool is right there

For those who will go back by train to Paris after the comp, the last train wil leave at 00:05 from MASSY PALAISEAU station...

Was that not more like a BO? :ko

Otherwise, it was a very nice comp. The pool was brilliant :)

I am waiting for the results as well, let us know when you see them somewhere.
