Here is a small pic of our version of a parrot fish, also known as Cape knifejaw View attachment 13043.
They are relatively easy to hunt while sneaking up on them or during aspetto. They are very tasty and get to a pretty decent size aswell
If your searching for them, look under ledges and in holes and cracks, atleast thats places they tend to favour around my part of the world. That is if they are not cruising around gullies looking for something to eat on the drop offs.
